Project Manager with a well-rounded portfolio in the DFW and Surrounding area
Ideal candidates will have solid experience scheduling, planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects; ensuring the quality of work and materials meets industry standards and contract documents; and that each project is completed within required timeframe and budget. Must have proven experience scheduling and supervising and on the standard requirements of the site in terms of safety and required permitting/licensing. Must be able to multi-task, be a good problem-solver, have a good understanding of the ever-changing industry environment, be able to communicate with owners/architects/subcontractors/team members clearly and precisely; and be computer literate. Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
- 10 years prior experience in the construction industry, a minimum of six of those years as a construction project manager on commercial projects.
- Well-rounded diverse candidates with a variety of ground up commercial construction and renovation construction projects, preference of 10Mil+ value.
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Construction Science/Construction Engineering but not required.
- Strong Client Relationships: Skilled in collaborating with school districts, city officials, architects, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced in contract management, Procore, P6, Sage, GC Pay, TimberScan, Acumatica, Pay Apps, RFI/Submittals, scheduling, and maintaining OAC meetings.
- Three references on past projects from Project Owners and/or Architects must be provided.
- Willing to travel if necessary 1-2 days every other week.
- A project list outlining prior projects, including the dollar amount for each, must be provided.
