Project Manager
Project Manager with a well-rounded portfolio in the DFW and Surrounding area
Ideal candidates will have solid experience scheduling, planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects; ensuring the quality of work and materials meets industry standards and contract documents; and that each project is completed within required timeframe and budget. Must have proven experience scheduling and supervising and on the standard requirements of the site in terms of safety and required permitting/licensing. Must be able to multi-task, be a good problem-solver, have a good understanding of the ever-changing industry environment, be able to communicate with owners/architects/subcontractors/team members clearly and precisely; and be computer literate. Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager or 1 - 2 years prior experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.
- Well-rounded diverse candidates with a variety of ground up commercial construction and renovation construction projects, preference of 10Mil+ value.
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Construction Science/Construction Engineering but not required.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Suite, Scheduling, Email, Project Management Software, Procore, etc.
- Three references on past projects from Project Owners and/or Architects must be provided.
- Knowledge in the following software programs preferred: Procore, P6, Sage, GC Pay, TimberScan, Acumatica.
- Willing to travel if necessary 1-2 days every other week.
- A project list outlining prior projects, including the dollar amount for each, must be provided.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
